1) The Smart Space rapid build 3,500 square foot single bay extension to Salts Healthcare factory creates more production area

2) New production capacity in the Smart Space building has allowed Salts to introduce new equipment and processes and to achieve greater efficiency

3) Excluding foundations and fitting-out at £80,000 the new building cost is a fraction of that of conventional construction

4) The extension has a design life of 35 years and has also freed 1,500 square feet of space in the main factory

5) Cladding has been selected to match the existing building giving a harmonious and professional finish
